Do you know the impact of sitting too long ?

     Too much sitting is dangerous for our health. It can make our body weak. Beside it , sit can make physical defect on our backbones, why do I say so ?
     Firstly,  we can see many people around us, specially in the big house in our city. Every one sitting their seat, every day, every time, and every where. Its not good. Because , too much sit make our backbones cant relax and always get contraction. It can MAKE OUR BACKBONES IN DANGEROUS . not only our backbones in dangerous but our anus . our anus can attack by hemorrhoids disease. If we always sitting  .
     Too much sitting can be dangerous. So don’t too much sitting , relax your body every weekend specially  your backbones and do jogging every early  morning to practice our backbones.
